Publication and Entry into Force
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force from the
day following the date of its publication.

of Space Objects, and the regulations for the registration of

8. Failure by the Operator to implement the security and safety
procedures for the protection of Space Objects and the participants
in Human Spaceflight, pursuant to the regulations governing the
Human Spaceflight activities

of the reporting mechanism approved by the Agency, whether
relating to the reporting of Accidents or Incidents, or to voluntary
