Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are billed monthly in AED and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends, we do not offer refunds or partial-month refunds on subscription charges.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us and we will investigate; verified billing errors are always refunded in full.

You pay only after previewing your translation. Once a translation is delivered, the work is complete and the fee is non-refundable, except where the delivered document is materially defective — contact us and we will review every such case individually. Where a full refund is issued, the verification certificate for that translation is revoked.

LEXAI writes and sells its own digital products — checklists and guides. They are general information, not legal advice, and they are not a substitute for speaking to a licensed lawyer about your situation.

You can ask for a full refund, no questions asked, within the refund window shown on the product page before you buy. Email info@lexaidxb.com from the address you used to buy, and we will process it.

A refund ends your access to that product: it is removed from your purchases and the download link stops working. Any copy you have already saved to your own device stays yours — we cannot reach into your device and we do not try to.

These products are sold by LEXAI directly. They are entirely separate from any fee you agree with a lawyer, which LEXAI never handles, holds, or refunds.

Browsing the directory, contacting lawyers, and the AI legal assistant are free — no charges, so no refunds apply. LEXAI never handles payments between you and a lawyer; any arrangement for legal work is directly between you and the professional you choose.
