    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) يُنقل القاضي/ سعيد سالم عبيد بن صرم ، قاضي تمييز أوّل في محاكم دبي، إلى جهاز التفتيش القضائي، ويُعيّن على الدّرجة األولى لمُفتِّّش قضائي أوّل، وفقا ً للقرار رقم ( 13 ) لسنة 2024 المُشار إليه وجدول رواتب ومُخصّصات أعضاء السُّلطة القضائيّة المُواطِّنين المُلحق به. نقل المُخصّصات الماليّة

    Article 2

    المادة ( 2 ) تُنقل المُخصّصات الماليّة للقاضي المنقول بمُوجب هذا المرسوم من المُوازنة السنويّة المُعتمدة لمحاكم دبي إلى المُوازنة السنويّة المُعتمدة لجهاز التفتيش القضائي، وفقا ً لإلجراءات والقواعد المُعتمدة لدى دائرة الماليّة في هذا الشأن.

    المادة ( 3 ) يُراعى عند نقل القاضي المُشار إليه في المادة ( 1 ) من هذا المرسوم، عدم المساس بحُقوقه المُكتسبة، بما في ذلك الراتب اإلجمالي أو األقدميّة في الدّرجة القضائيّة التي كان يشغلها قبل النّقل. السّريان والنّشر

    المادة ( 4 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا ً من األوّل من سبتمبر 2026 ، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسميّة. محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 21 يوليو 2026 م الموافــــــــــــــ ــ ـــــق 6 صفر 1448 هـ
