المادة ( 1 ) يُشكّل مجلس إدارة معهد دبي القضائي، برئاسة معالي المُستشار/ عصام عيسى الحميدان ٍّّ، وعُضويّة كُل من: 1 . األستاذ الدكتور/ سيف غانم السويدي . 2 . الدكتور/ لؤي محمد خلفان بالهول . 3 . المستشار/ خليفة راشد بن ديماس السويدي . 4 . الدكتور/ أح م د سعيد بن مسحار . 5 . السيّد/ عبد المنعم سالم بن سو ي دان . 6 . مُدير عام معهد دبي القضائي .
