Terms of Service

By accessing or using LEXAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

LEXAI is an advertising directory that helps clients discover verified lawyers in the United Arab Emirates. LEXAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All legal services are provided by independent, licensed lawyers who list their profile on our directory. LEXAI does not process consultation fees and is not a party to the financial arrangement between client and lawyer.

The consultation process works as follows:

1. The client submits a consultation request to a lawyer, selecting consultation type (video call, phone, or in-person) and a preferred time. 2. The lawyer has 12 hours to accept or decline the request. If no response is received, the request expires automatically. 3. Once accepted, the client and lawyer coordinate fees, scheduling, and meeting logistics directly, off-platform. 4. Consultations happen externally — via the lawyer's chosen video tool, phone, or in person — not within the LEXAI platform. 5. After the consultation, the lawyer marks it as complete in their dashboard for record-keeping purposes only.

Any fee shown on a lawyer's profile is informational and lawyer-set. LEXAI does not collect, hold, transfer, or release any consultation fees. Any payment is made by the client directly to the lawyer using a method the parties agree on.

Because LEXAI is an advertising directory and is not a party to the lawyer-client relationship, LEXAI does not adjudicate fee disputes, refund consultation payments, or hold any portion of a lawyer's fee. If a client is dissatisfied with the legal services they received:

LEXAI administrators may suspend or ban your account for:

Suspended users cannot access their dashboard or any portal features. Banned users are permanently removed from the platform.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. The process requires:

Account deletion is blocked if you have active consultations (pending or upcoming). Resolve those first.

After confirmation, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately — including your profile, documents, notifications, reviews, AI chat sessions, and authentication record. The deletion is irreversible and there is no grace period. You may re-register with the same email address after deletion.

LEXAI's AI features provide general legal information only. They do not constitute legal advice.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. LEXAI does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI output. Always consult a qualified, licensed lawyer before making legal decisions.

LEXAI is an advertising directory. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of legal services provided by lawyers listed on the directory. The relationship between client and lawyer is direct — LEXAI is not a party to that relationship and is not a party to any fee arrangement, payment, or service contract between the client and the lawyer.

LEXAI is not liable for any losses or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, lawyer advice, or any other information available on the platform.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
