    المادة ( 2 ) علىىىىى السىىىيا اق كىىىي منعىىىا، اال ااا داب التاليىىىة المعىىىاني المبانىىىة ازيكىىىون للالمىىىاب والعبىىىار خالف الك: الحاام: ة دبي.صاحب السمو حاام امار المركز: مركز دبي المالي العالمي. المحافظ: محافظ المركز. قوانان المركز: القىىوانا المركىىز ويرفىىىل مشىىاريععا للمحىىىافظ ن التىىي تتعلىىىق بأعمىىا مىن قبىي كىي مىن سىلطة مركىىز دبىي المىالي العىالمي وسىلطة دبىىي للخدماب المالية.
