    المادة ( 1 ) أ - يُشكّل مجلس إدارة المُؤسّسة، برئاسة سُمُو الشيخ مكتوم بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم ، النّائب األوّل لحاكم دبي، وعُضويّة كُل ٍّّ من: 1 . السيّد/ هش ا م ع ب دهللا القاسم نائبا ً للرئيس 2 . معالي/ محمد هادي أحمد الحسيني ًعضوا 3 . السيّد/ راشد محمد راشد المطوع ًعضوا 4 . السيّد/ شعيب م ي ر هاشم خوري ًعضوا 5 . السيّد/ عبدالعزيز مح م د ال م ال ًعضوا 6 . السيّد/ راشد علي بن عبود الفالس ي ًعضوا ب - إذا انتهت مُدّة عُضويّة أعضاء مجلس إدارة المُؤسّسة المذكورين في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة ولم يتم إعادة تشكيل المجلس، فإنّه يستمِر في هذه الحالة أعضاء مجلس إدارة المُؤسّسة في أداء مهامِّهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضاء جُدُد بدال ً عنهم.
