Tasheel

Tasheel (also written Tas-heel) is the network of authorised service centres and the online platform through which MOHRE transactions are processed in the UAE: work permit applications, employment contract registration and amendments, labour-card matters, company labour-file updates, and labour complaint filings. Privately operated under ministry authorisation, Tasheel centres function as the front office for labour-related government work, used heavily by PROs, small employers without in-house government-relations staff, and workers filing complaints in person. For practitioners the key point is evidentiary and procedural: Tasheel submissions create timestamped official records of what was filed — an offer letter, a contract amendment, a complaint — which later anchor disputes about what terms were registered and when. Knowing that a labour matter routes through Tasheel/MOHRE while immigration matters route through ICP/GDRFA channels (Amer in Dubai) is basic triage in any UAE employment-immigration problem, since the two tracks must be sequenced together.
