Article (1) The standard specification No. (UAE.S 5010 – 8 :2019) Labeling - Energy Efficiency Label – Energy Efficiency Label for Electrical Appliances - Part Eight: Television Sets, shall be considered a mandatory standard specification in the United Arab Emirates.

Article (2) All concerned entities responsible for the implementation of this Resolution shall regularize their status in accordance with the provisions thereof within (180) one hundred and eighty days from the date of its entry into force.

Article (3) This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day following the date of its publication. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prime Minister Issued by us: On: 22 Jumada al-Awwal 1440 A.H. Corresponding to: 28 January 2019 A.D.
