    Article 1

    Article (1) The standard specification No. (UAE.S 5030:2018) "Electronic Nicotine Products (Equivalents of Traditional Tobacco Products)" shall be deemed a mandatory standard specification in the United Arab Emirates.

    Article 2

    Article (2) All authorities concerned with the implementation of this Resolution shall regularize their status in accordance with its provisions within (90) days from the date of its entry into force.

    Article 3
