    Article 1

    Article (1) The adopted standard No. (UAE.S 5021:2018) entitled “Terrestrial Radio Receivers” shall be a mandatory standard to be applied in the United Arab Emirates.

    Article 2

    Article (2) The provisions hereof shall apply as follows: 1. The Standard shall apply to all home and other portable receivers, as of 1 January 2010. 2. The Standard shall apply to the vehicles that are supplied to the State starting from models 2021 at, at least, (50 %) of the vehicles, and shall apply to vehicles starting from models 2024 at (100 %).

    Article (3) This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force from the dates set forth in Article (2). Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prime Minister Issued by Us: Date: 18 / Rajab / 1439 AH Corresponding to: 05 / April / 2018 AD
