General UAE Legal Questions LawCabinet Resolution No. (36) of 2019 Regarding Mandatory Standard Specifications in the United Arab Emirates

Article (1) The updated standard specifications for the electricity sector, numbering two, and whose numbers and titles are set out in the Schedule attached to this Resolution, shall be mandatory standard specifications in the United Arab Emirates.

Article (2) The concerned authorities responsible for implementing this Resolution shall, within (180) days from the date of its entry into force, regularize their status in accordance with its provisions.
