    Article 1

    Article (1) The Fees The following fees shall be collected for the services as identified next to each in the below schedule: No. Service Fee in AED 1 Candidacy application for the membership of the Federal National Council 3,000 2 Appeal against a candidate, voting procedures, or election results 3,000

    Article 2

    Article (2) Penalty for Election Violation The National Elections Committee may oblige the candidate to pay a financial penalty that does not exceed Ten Thousand (10,000) Dirhams for committing any election violation.

    Article 3

    Article (3) General Provisions 1. The fees and penalties, stipulated herein, shall be collected by the Ministry of State for Federal National Council’s Affairs via the means determined by the Ministry of Finance. 2. The Cabinet shall be competent to perform any amendments to the fees stipulated herein, whether it was addition, omission, or amendment.

    Article 4

    Article (4) Executive Resolutions The Minister of State for Federal National Council’s Affairs shall issue, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, the resolutions necessary for the implementation of this Resolution.

    Article 5

    Article (5) Repeals Minister of Finance and Industry Resolution No. (211) of 2006, referred to above, shall be repealed as well as any provision conflicting or contradicting with the provisions of this Resolution.

    Article 6

    Article (6) Publication and Enforcement This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of 01 August 2023. Mohammed bin Rashid Prime Minister Issued by Us: On: 22 Thul Hijjah 1445 A.H. Corresponding: 10 July 2023 AD
