    Article 1

    Article (1) Service Fees The following fees shall be collected for judicial notification services related to the Ministry of Justice and provided by private companies or institutions: 1. Seventy (70) AED for each judicial notification executed in person. 2. Thirty (30) AED for each judicial notification executed by any means of modern technology.

    Article 2

    Article (2) Notifications Exempt from Fees The following cases shall be exempt from the fees stated in Article (1) of this Resolution, in all stages of litigation and execution of judicial notifications: 1. Lawsuits, appeals and requests submitted by federal and local government agencies and public benefit institutions; and the prescribed fee shall be collected from the litigant if the court rules to obligate him to pay the expenses of the lawsuit. 2. Lawsuits and appeals filed by persons with disabilities. 3. Lawsuits and appeals related to alimony issues and requests related thereto and requests included in the same lawsuit. 4.     Article 3

    Article (3) Fee Amendment The Cabinet shall have the competence to make any amendments to the fees mentioned in this Resolution, whether by addition, deletion or amendment.

    Article 4

    Article (4) Publication and Entry into Force This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force as of the day following the date of its publication.
