    Article 1

    Article (1) Service Fees The following fees shall be collected for judicial notification services related to the Ministry of Justice and provided by private companies or institutions: 1. Seventy (70) AED for each judicial notification executed in person. 2. Thirty (30) AED for each judicial notification executed by any means of modern technology.

    Article 2

    Article (2) Notifications Exempt from Fees The following cases shall be exempt from the fees stated in Article (1) of this Resolution, in all stages of litigation and execution of judicial notifications: 1. Lawsuits, appeals and requests submitted by federal and local government agencies and public benefit institutions; and the prescribed fee shall be collected from the litigant if the court rules to obligate him to pay the expenses of the lawsuit. 2. Lawsuits and appeals filed by persons with disabilities. 3. Lawsuits and appeals related to alimony issues and requests related thereto and requests included in the same lawsuit. 4. Lawsuits, appeals and requests filed by workers, support service workers and those in their position and their beneficiaries to claim their dues arising from labour relationships; and the prescribed fee therein shall be collected if the court orders the employer to pay the lawsuit expenses. 5. Judicial notifications made through judicial delegations between the federal courts and local courts in the State. 6. Lawsuits, appeals and requests related to other cases for which an exemption from judicial fees is issued under federal legislation.

    Article 3

    Article (3) Fee Amendment The Cabinet shall have the competence to make any amendments to the fees mentioned in this Resolution, whether by addition, deletion or amendment.

    Article 4

    Article (4) Publication and Entry into Force This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force as of the day following the date of its publication.
