Article 1
Article (1) The community services works which the convicted persons may be ordered to carry out under the provisions of Article (120) of the Penal Code referred to above shall include the following: 1. Memorizing and teaching whatever is convenient from the Holy Qur’an. 2. Serving at the Disabled Home Care Centers. 3. Serving at the nursing homes. 4. Serving at Juvenile welfare centers. 5. Serving at nurseries and kindergartens. 6. Serving at maternity and childhood centers or women’s associations. 7. Serving at traffic departments. 8. Emergency medical services and transportaion of injured people. 9. Civil Defense Works. 10. Fundraising or distributing the aids and donations. 11. Teaching at adult education centers. 12. Cleaning or maintenance of mosques. 13. Cleaning and maintenance of public facilities, roads, streets, public squares, beaches, public parks or protected areas.
