Article (1) The name “Pensions and Social Security Fund of Local Paramilitary Personnel in the Emirate of Dubai” wherever mentioned in the above-mentioned Law No. (7) of 2022 and in any other local legislation in force in the Emirate is hereby replaced by the name “Dubai Paramilitary Pensions Fund.” Commencement and Publication

Article (2) This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
