Article (1) The fee mentioned below is hereby added to the Land Registration Fees Schedule attached to the above-mentioned Law No. (7) of 1997: Registration of a Warehouse Sale Contract: Ten Dirhams (AED 10.00) for each square metre of the plot upon which the warehouse is constructed. The fee may not be less than ten thousand Dirhams (AED 10,000.00). Payment of the Fee

Article (2) The fee collected pursuant to the provisions of Article (1) of this Law will be paid to the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai. ©2015 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. Article (3) This Law comes into force on 1 May 2013, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 1 May 2013 Corresponding to 21 Jumada al-Thaniyah 1434 A.H.
