    Article (1) The following Article (15)bis will be inserted into the above-mentioned Law No. (23) of 2009:

    Article (2) This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.     Article 15

    Article (15)bis Neither the Government nor the DED will be liable for any debts or obligations claimed from the MBR SME or the companies affiliated to it.
