    المادة ( 2 ) ه، ويُنشريُعمل بهذا القانون من تاريخ صدور في الجريدة الرسمية. اشد آل مكتوممحمد بن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 24 سبتمبر 2012 م الموافــــــــــ ـــــــــــــــــــــــــ ـــق 8 ذو القعدة 1433 هـ

    المادة ( 5 ) أ - تعتبر الجهة الحكومية متمتعة باالستقالل المالي وذات موازنة مستقلة إذا كان التشريع ام بما يلي:الذي أنشأها وطبيعة عملها تقضي بذلك، وعلى هذه الجهة االلتز 1 - ةرفع موازنتها السنوية إلى اللجنة العليا العتمادها، وذلك بعد أن تقوم اللجنة المذكور أي فيها.ة إلبداء الربعرضها على الدائر 2 - توفير كافة البيانات المتعلقة بموازنتها المعتمدة وحسابها الختامي في بداية ونهاية ة بها.السنة المالية وتزويد الدائر 3 - األحكام المالية المنصوص عليها في أية تشريعات محلية سارية المفعول، ومنها ائب والرقابة الماليةاض واعتماد وتحصيل الرسوم والضرأحكام الدين العام واالقتر وتقديم البيانات والتقارير المالية للجهات ا لمعنية. 4 - ات الحكومية.اداتها السنوية إلى مؤسسة دبي لالستثمارتحويل فائض إير

    حكومة دبي - الجريدة الرسمية 2 العدد ( 362 ) – السنة ( 46 ) – 14 ذو القعدة 1433 هـ - افقالمو 30 سبتمبر 2012 م ب - ة (أ) من هذهال يجوز منح الجهة الحكومية المتمتعة باالستقالل المالي وفقا ً ألحكام الفقر المادة أية اعتمادات أو مخصصات من الموازنة العامة إال ّ على شكل قروض، ويستثنى من ذلك الجهات التي تق ة، منحها تلكرر اللجنة العليا، بناء على توصية مدير عام الدائر ً االعتمادات أو المخصصات على شكل دعم مالي من الحكومة، ويتم منح هذا الدعم وفقا للضوابط والشروط والمدد التي تحددها اللجنة العليا في هذا الشأن.
