    المادة ( 1 ) يُستبدل بنص المادة ( 6 ) من القانون رقم ( 24 ) لسنة 2009 المشار إليه، النص التالي:

    المادة ( 2 ) ه، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.يُعمل بهذا القانون من تاريخ صدور اشد آل مكتوممحمد بن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 17 مارس 2011 م الم ـــــــــــــــــــ ـوافق 2 ربي ـ ع اآلخـر 1432 هـ

    Article 6

    المادة ( 6 ) يكون للصندوق في سبيل تحقيق أهدافه القيام بما يلي: 1 - القروض والتسهيالت االئتمانية للجهات الحكومية وغير الحكومية التي يتقرر منح دعمها وفقا ألحكام هذا القانون. 2 - ة وخارجهاى داخل اإلمارإصدار األذونات والسندات والصكوك وأية أدوات مالية أخر نيابة عن الحكومة لتوفير السيولة المالية الالزمة لتمويل المشاريع . 3 - امات الجهات الحكومية وغير الحكومية لدى الغير.كفالة التز 4 - التجارية وتأسيس المشروعات في االستثمار المؤسسات ةاالستثمار وادار صناديق اك مع آخرين.والشركات التجارية بمفرده أو باالشتر 5 - المؤسسات والشركات التجارية ذات العالقة باختصاصات الصندوق، إنشاء وتملك ة أو خارجها.بالكامل أو بتملك حصص أو أسهم فيها، سواء داخل اإلمار 6 - ة وخارجها والحصول على القروضة الحسابات لدى البنوك داخل اإلمارفتح وادار والتسهيالت االئتمانية الالزمة لتحقيق أهدافه وأهداف الشركات والمؤسسات التابعة له.
