المادة ( 2 ) يُنشأ مجلس قضائي يؤلف على النحو التالي : 1 - اشد آل مكتومسمو الشيخ/ مكتوم بن محمد بن ر رئيسـا 2 - مدير ديوان سمو الحاكم نائبا للرئيس 3 - المستشار القانوني لحكومة دبي عضوا 4 - النائب العام عضوا 5 - مدير محاكم دبي عضوا 6 - رئيس محكمة التمييز عضوا 7 - رئيس محكمة االستئناف عضوا 8 - رئيس محكمة دبي االبتدائية عضوا
