Law No. (32) of 2009 Concerning the Executive Office Page 2 of 2 1. conduct specialised analytical studies on economic, social, political, cultural, and other aspects of life and development to facilitate the strategic and development decision making process in the various fields; 2. act as a specialised Think Tank to provide opinion and consultation to the concerned entities to ensure that they take the appropriate decisions; 3. efficiently follow up of the plans, programmes, projects, and decisions issued by the Ruler to ensure efficient implementation thereof; 4. submit to the Ruler regular progress reports on the implementation of the relevant plans, programmes, projects, and decisions; 5. develop long term plans and strategies containing various options and scenarios as well as in-depth analyses geared toward future developments and regional and global changes; and 6. conduct studies and submit proposals for development projects in the various fields.
