المادة ( 3 ) الفئـــة ة التفتــيش القضـــائي علــى بدايـــة مربــويســكن المفتشــون القضـــائيون العــاملون فـــي شدار (أ) المنصوص عليها في ا لمادة ( 2 ) من هذا القانون.

Article 4
المادة ( 4 ) يلغى أي نص في أي تشريع آخر شلى المدى الذي يتعارض فيه وأحكام هذا القانون.
