المادة ( 2 ) ينقل لبلدية دبي كافة الموظف ي ن العامل ي ن لدى ورشة حكومة دبي، على أن يتم تسكينهم ة دبي لسنةعلى جدول الدرجات والرواتب الملحق بنظام شؤون الموظفين في إمار 1992 .

Article 3
المادة ( 3 ) يلغى أي نص في أي تشريع إلى المدى الذي يتعارض فيه وأحكام هذا القانون.

المادة ( 4 ) ا ً منيُعمل بهذا القانون اعتبار هتاريخ صدور ، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية. اشد آل مكتوممحمد بن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 17 يونيو 2006 م الموافق 21 جم ـ ادى األولى 1427 هـ
