    المادة ( 1 ) يقصد با لدعاوى في البندد (د) مدا المدادة ( 3 ) مدا القدانون رقدم ( 3 ) لسدنة 1996 الددعاوى الندماع بحكدم الحدق محد فدي موضدوع اد الموضوعية التي يطلب فيها المدعي الفصد يحوز حجية الشيء المقضي، وال تعني الطلبات المسدتعجلة و تشم و الوقتيدة التدي يكدون الغرض منها الحصول على قرار يوفر حماية قضدايية وقتيدة د بموضدوع اد ون مسدا الحق لدى قاضي األمور المستعجلة.
