    المادة ( 3 ) يعمل بهذا ال قانون من تاريخ هصدور ، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية . مكتوم بن اشدر آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 24 ابريل 2005 م الموافـق 15 ربيـع األول 1426 هـ

    Article 12

    المادة ( 12 ) مكرر يتم نقل أعضاء النيابة العامة للعمل في القضاء إلى الدرجة المساوية لها في الجدول رقم ( 1 هار يصدر) بشأن رواتب ومخصصات القضاة وأعضاء النيابة العامة المواطنين بقر رئيس المحاكم بعد موافقة النائب العام . ال مادة ( 2 ) الن يحلف عضو أمام رئيس المحاكم عند نقله يابة أو انتدابه للعمل كقاضي، اليمين المنصوص عليها في المادة ( 7 ) من قانون تشكيل المحاكم رقم ( 3 ) لسنة 1992 المشار إليه. وتحسب أقدمية عضو النيابة عند نقله إلى المحاكم والذي تم تسكينه في درجة مساوية من ار اتاريخ صدور المرسوم أو القر ألول بتعيينه أو الصادر بترقيته إلى تلك الدرجة وذلك حسب األحوال .
