المادة ( 2 ) ه، و ينشر في الجريدة الرسميةيعمل بهذا القانون من تاريخ صدور . اشد آل مكتوممكتوم بن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 2 يناير 2005 م المــوافق 21 ذي القعدة 1425 هـ

المادة ( 6 ) مكرر : يتم النقل و ى أو منالندب من محكمة إلى أخر ار من رئيسالنيابة العامة إلى المحاكم بقر المجلس القضائي . ويحلف عضو النيابة العامة أمام رئيس المجلس القضائي عند نقله أو انتدابه للعمل كقاض اليمين المنصوص عليها في المادة ( 7 ) من قانون تشكيل المحاكم المشار إليه . ويحتفظ القاضي في حالة عدم ترقيته عند نقله من م حكمة إلى ى أو من المحكمة إلىأخر النيابة العامة بدرجته التي يكون عليها.
