المادة ( 2 ) ي عمل بهذا القانون من تاريخ هصدور ، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية. اشد آل مكتوممكتوم بن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 28 ديسمبر 2005 م الموافــ ــــــــــــــــــــــ ــق 26 ذي القعدة 1426 هـ

المادة ( 5 ) اف على شؤونه الحاكم يتولى معاونة الرئيس في اإلشريعين مدير المحاكم بمرسوم يصدر ات الاراتها واصدار القرالمحاكم وتنسيق العمل فيها وتنظيمه بين مختلف إدار الزمة لذلك، ويقوم مقام الرئيس عند غيابه أو قيام مانع لديه أو بما يفوضه من صالحيات.

المادة ( 6 ) ه الحاكم، ويحل محل مدير المحاكم عند غيابه أويعين نائب لمدير المحاكم بمرسوم يصدر قيام مانع لديه أو بما يفوضه من صالحيات.
