    المادة ( 2 ) ة الماليةيرخص لدائر باسم ف أوحكومة دبي بالتعاقد مع بنك أو أكثر أو أي طر أ افطر في المنطقة ىثالثة بإنشاء شركة تسمى شركة دبي للصكوك العالمية أو أية شركات أخر ة في مطار دبي الدولي وفقا ً ألنظمة هذه المنطقة وتملك حكومة دبي أغلبية أسهمالحر ها من الشركات وذلك لغرض إصدار صكوك استثمارة أو غيرالشركة المذكور إسالمية وسندات مالية .

    المادة ( 3 ) حيصر ةلدائر ان المدنيالطير باسم حكومة دبي أن تبرم مع شركة دبي للصكوك العالمية أو أية ى مؤسسة وفقا ً ألحكام المادة الثانيةشركات أخر من هذا القانون جميع االتفاقيات انة الطيرالالزمة لتمويل المشاريع التي تعتزم دائر المدني إقامتها ة، ويفوض رئيس الدائر

    حكومة ديب – اجلريدة الرمسية 2 العدد ( 297 ) - السنة ( 38 ) 16 مجادى الثاين 1425 هـ - ا ملوافق 2 أغسطس 2004 م بالتوقيع على كافة المستندات الالزمة الستصدار صكوك استثمار إسالمية وأية سندات ى لغايات التمويل المشارمالية أخر إليها .

    المادة ( 4 ) إ ن جميع الحقوق اماتوااللتز الناشئة بموجب العقود واالتفاقيات المشار إليها في المواد امات قانونية سارية وملزمة وقابلةأعاله من هذا القانون تشكل عند الدخول فيها حقوقا ً والتز للت اف المتعاقدة فيهاطبيق بحق األطر . ال مادة ( 5 ) عل ى جميع الجهات المختصة كل فيما يخصه تنفيذ هذا القانون ويعمل به من تاريخ ه وينشر في الجريدة الرسميةصدور . اشد آل مكتوممكتوم بن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 1 أغسطس 2004 الموافق 15 جمـاد ى الثاني 1425 هـ
