    Article 8

    المادة ( 8 ) ح بموجب هذا القانون عن:ال يجوز أن يزيد القرض الممنو - ( 750،000 هم) سبعمائدر هم في حالة قرض إنشاءة وخمسون ألف در المسكن الخاص أو اء البيت للسكن الخاصشر . - ( 300،000 هم) ثالثمائدر هم في حالةة ألف در قرض التوسعة وترميم المسكن الخاص .

    Article 13

    المادة ( 13 ) على اللجنة في نهاية كل سنة مالية رفع تقرير مفصل إ لى سمو الحاكم للنظر في إمكانية إعفاء المقترض جزئيا ً أو كليا ً من سـداد القرض ، وذلك في حالة وفاته أو إصابته بعجز كلي أو بإصابة أدت الى انخفاض دخله أو دخل أسرته. هم ممن كان يعولهمة ورثة المتوفى وغيرولغايات هذه المادة تعني األسر ويقيمون معه في المسكن المخصص له . ال مادة ( 2 )
