    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) المدني باسم حكومة دبي بتمويل مشاريعها اإلنشائية عن طريق انالطير ةدائر تخول التمويل اإلسالمي والقروض وتقديم الضمانات الالزمة لذلك.

    Article 2

    المادة ( 2 ) اف والشركات وحاملي صكوك االستثماريستثنى ويعفى جميع األطر اإلسالمية والسندات المالية التي ت ة لها في المادتين (م اإلشار 2 ) و ( 3 ) من القانون رقم ( 8 ) لسنة 2004 ة بتاريخالمشار إليه، من أحكام التعليمات الصادر 2 يوليو 1992 بشأن القضايا التي تقام ها ومؤسساتها وهيئاتها العامة.ضد حكومة دبي ودوائر

    المادة ( 3 ) تختص محاكم دب ة بتعلقاع ينشأ عن أي عقد إجارها بالفصل في أي نزي دون غير بصكوك االستثمار اإلسالمية.

    المادة ( 4 ) ات المتعلقة بصكوك االستثمار اإلسالمية خالل سرياناء وبيع العقارتستثنى معامالت شر اضة أرمدتها، من شرط التسجيل لدى دائر ىة أو سلطة أخري دبي أو أية دائر .
