    مادة ( 2 ) ينشر هذا القانون في الجريدة ا هلرسمية، ويعمل به من تاريخ نشر . مكتوم اشد آل مكتومبن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 28 يونيو 1997 م الموافـــ ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــ ـ ـق 23 صفر 1418 هـ

    Article 24

    مادة ( 24 ) هيستوفى رسم نسبي مقدار 1 ٪ من قيمة الدعوى إذا شطبت وقدم طلب تجديدها خالل ثالثة أشهر من تاريخ شطبها ة، بحد أقصى عشر آالف هم وبحددر أدنى اهمة درعشر ، ويستثنى من ذ لك الدعاوى المقرر لها رسم ثابت بموجب أحكام المادة ( 20 ) من هذا القانون ، فيستوفى ع ند طلب تجديدها نصف رسمها الثابت .
