    Article (1) Article (2) of the above-mentioned Decree No. (3) of 2022 is hereby superseded by the following: Formation of the FMLEC

    Article (2) Pursuant to this Decree, a permanent committee named the “Financial Markets Law Enforcement Committee in the Emirate of Dubai” is formed. The members of the FMLEC will be appointed pursuant to a resolution issued by the Ruler. Commencement and Publication

    Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
