Article (1) Pursuant to this Decree, Decree No. (8) of 2010 Concerning the Emirates Credit Information Corporation and Executive Council Resolution No. (6) of 2006 Concerning the Procedures for Establishing a Credit Information Authority in the Emirate of Dubai, are repealed. Commencement and Publication

Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
