    المادة ( 1 ) يُشكّل مجلس دبي برئاستنا، وعُضويّة كُل ٍّّ من: 1 . سُمُو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتــــوم ًنائبا ً أوّال للرئيس 2 . سُمُو الشيخ مكتوم بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتـــــوم نائبا ً ثانيا ً للرئيس 3 . سُمُو الشيخ أحمـد بن محمــد بن راشد آل مكتـــوم ًعُضوا 4 . سُمُو الشيخ أحــمـــــد بـــن سعيــــد آل مـكتــــــوم ًعُضوا 5 . سُمُو الشيخة لطيفة بنت محمد بن راشد آل مكتـوم ًعُضوا 6 . معالي / محمد عبدهللا القرقاوي ًعُضوا ً وأمينا ًعاما 7 . معالي / طـالل حميــد بالهــول ًعُضوا 8 . معالي/ عبـدهللا محمـد البسطي ًعُضوا 9 . معالي / عبـدهللا خليـفة المــري ًعُضوا 10 . معالي / مطــر محمــد الطايــر ًعُضوا 11 . معالي / سعيــد محمــد الطايــر ًعُضوا 12 . معالي/ هالل سعيـــد المـــري ًعُضوا

    المادة ( 2 ) إذا انتهت مُدّة عُضويّة أعضاء مجلس دبي المذكورين في المادة ( 1 ) من هذا المرسوم، ولم يتم إعادة تشكيل المجلس، فإنّه يستمر في هذه الحالة أعضاء مجلس دبي في أداء مهامِّّهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضاء جُدُد بدال ً عنهم . السّريان والنّشر

    المادة ( 3 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم من تاريخ صُدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسميّة . محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي ص در في دبي بتاريخ 25 أبريل 2024 م الموافــــــــــــــــــق 16 شوال 1445 هـ
