    Article 1

    Article (1) Plot No. (3250752) and Plot No. (3250753), which are located in Zabeel First and whose boundaries and area are demarcated on the plans attached to this Decree, are hereby amalgamated into the DWTC Free Zone. Applicability of Legislation

    Article 1

    Article (1) of this Decree must comply with the provisions of the DWTC legislation within no later than one (1) year from the date on which this Decree comes into force. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the DWTC may, where required, extend this grace period for the period he deems appropriate. Repeals

    Article 1

    Article (1) of this Decree will enjoy the concessions and exemptions prescribed under the above-mentioned Law No. (9) of 2015, the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof, and other legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai, including tax exemptions. Compliance

    Article (2) a. The land plots referred to in Article (1) of this Decree are hereby deemed part of the Free Zone. These plots, and the companies and establishments which are licensed to operate therein, will be governed by the above-mentioned Law No. (9) of 2015 and the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof. b. The DWTC Authority will exercise its powers under the above-mentioned Law No. (9) of 2015, the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof, and other legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai within the land plots referred to in Article (1) of this Decree and over the companies and establishments licensed to operate therein. ©2024 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.     Article (5) Any provision in any other legislation is hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree. Publication and Commencement
