    Article (2) His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, is hereby appointed as President of the MBRCH. The President of the MBRCH will exercise the duties and powers assigned to him by the Ruler. ©2023 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.
