Article (2) His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, is hereby appointed as President of the MBRCH. The President of the MBRCH will exercise the duties and powers assigned to him by the Ruler. ©2023 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. Article (3) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 31 October 2023 Corresponding to 16 Rabi al-Thani 1445 A.H.
