    المادة ( 1 ) يُعين وكيل نيابة مساعد في النيابة العامة، كُل ٌّ من: 1 . الشيخة/ موزة أحمد بن جمعة آل مكتوم. 2 . السيد/ محمد السيد عبدهللا السيد محمد الهاشمي. 3 . السيد/ محمد عيسى محمد شريف عبدالرحمن البستكي. 4 . السيد/ حمد عبدهللا محمد عبدهللا األميري. 5 . السيد/ محمد أيوب محمد أحمد إدريس. 6 . السيد/ سيف إبراهيم حسن محمد المطوع. 7 . السيد/ ثاني أحمد حسن محمد المطوع. 8 . السيد/ محمد جمال خليفة بن ظبوي الفالسي. 9 . السيد/ راشد سعيد أحمد بوكرود المري. 10 . السيد/ عمر عبدالرحمن الحاج قاسم أهلي. 11 . السيد/ محمد راشد محمد راشد المطوع. 12 . السيد/ حسن عبدهللا محمد الطنيجي.
