    Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of DEWA is hereby formed under the chairmanship of His Excellency Matar Humaid Al Tayer, and with the membership of: 1. His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer; 2. Mr. Hilal Khalfan bin Dhaher; 3. Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Hashemi; 4. Mr. Khalfan Ahmed Harib; 5. Mr. Majid Hamad Al Shamsi; 6. Mr. Obaid Saeed bin Mes’har; 7. Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Sharid; 8. Mr. Nabil Abdul Rahman Arif; ©2022 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. Where the Board of Directors of DEWA is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.     Article (2) This Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 29 December 2021 Corresponding to 25 Jumada al-Ula 1443 A.H.
