Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of DEWA is hereby formed under the chairmanship of His Excellency Matar Humaid Al Tayer, and with the membership of: 1. His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer; 2. Mr. Hilal Khalfan bin Dhaher; 3. Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Hashemi; 4. Mr. Khalfan Ahmed Harib; 5. Mr. Majid Hamad Al Shamsi; 6. Mr. Obaid Saeed bin Mes’har; 7. Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Sharid; 8.
