Form F (DIFC Filing)

Form F is a filing used within the DIFC Registrar of Companies regime, most commonly for changes to a DIFC-registered company's particulars — for example notice of the allotment of shares, a change in directors or secretary, or the filing of a special resolution. Each Form in the DIFC Companies Law series corresponds to a specific statutory event; Form F's use and content are fixed by the Companies Law Regulations and the Registrar's published forms. Filings are made through the DIFC Client Portal, subject to deadlines (typically 15 or 21 days from the event), and attract filing fees. Late or missed filings can expose the company to administrative penalties and risk the accuracy of the public Register.
