    Article 1

    Article (1) Definitions In implementing the provisions of this Resolution, the following terms and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to each, unless the context otherwise requires: State : United Arab Emirates. Ministry : Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure. Minister : Minister of Energy and Infrastructure. Concerned Entities : Federal, local, and private entities concerned with providing the electric vehicles recharge service.

    Article 2

    Article (2) Fees of Services The Ministry and the Concerned Entities shall collect, in return for her providing the electric vehicles recharge service t in the State, a fee in accordance with the following schedule:

    Cabinet Resolution of 2024, Concerning the Fee of the Unified Recharge Service for the Recharge of Electric Vehicles in the State 2 Service Provided Fee Value Express Recharge Service Minimum limit (1.2 Dirhams + VAT) for every KWH. Slow Recharge Service Minimum limit (0.7 Dirhams + VAT) for every KWH.

    Article 3

    Article (3) Amendments of Fees The Cabinet shall be entrusted with making any amendments to the fees stipulated in this Resolution, whether it was an addition, omission, or amendment.

    Article 4

    Article (4) Collection of Fees 1. The concerned Federal Authorities shall handle the collection of the fees stipulated in this Resolution via the means determined by the Ministry of Finance. 2. The concerned Local Authorities shall handle the collection of the fees stipulated in this Resolution in accordance with the mechanism applicable on the Emirate level.

    Article 5

    Article (5) Executive Resolutions The Minister shall, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, issue the resolutions and procedures necessary for implementing the provisions of this Resolution.

    Article 6

    Article (6) Repeals Any provision conflicting or contradicting with the provisions of this Resolution shall be repealed.

    Article 7

    Article (7) Publication and Enforcement This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force (60) days as of its date of publication. Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prime Minister Issued by Us, On: 02 / Muharram / 1446 A.H. Corresponding: 08 / July / 2024 AD
