    Article 1

    Article (1) The two land plots No. (126), Al Lisali area and No. (1), Me’aisam 2, whose boundaries and areas are demarcated on the maps attached to this Regulation, are hereby added to the land plots over which non-UAE nationals may acquire freehold ownership rights over Real Property without time restriction, usufruct rights, or leasehold rights for up to ninety nine (99) years, under Article (3) of the above-mentioned Regulation No. (3) of 2006.

    Article (2) This Regulation comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
