    Article (2) This Regulation will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published. Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Crown Prince of Dubai Chairman of the Executive Council Issued in Dubai on 11 April 2012 Corresponding to 19 Jumada al-Ula 1433 A.H.

    Article 11

    Article (11) a. In return for issuing licences and permits and providing other services, the Agency will charge the fees set out opposite each of these licences, permits, and services ©2019 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Regulation No. (1) of 2012 Amending Regulation No. (6) of 2009 Concerning the Licensing of Driving Schools in the Emirate of Dubai Page 2 of 2 in Schedule (1) attached hereto. b. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Article, Persons with Disabilities will be charged half the fees prescribed for any licences, permits, or services provided to them in accordance with this Regulation for the purpose of obtaining Drivers’ Licences.
