    المادة ( 1 ) يُستبدل بنص المادة ( 1 ) من المرسوم رقم ( 13 ) لسنة 2025 المُشار إليه، النّص التالي: اإلعارة والتعيين

    المادة ( 1 ) أ - يُعار القاضي الدُّكتور/ عبدالرحمن جمعه محمد شرف، قاضي ابتدائي أول، من مركز فض المُنازعات اإليجاريّة في إمارة دبي، ويُعيّن مُساعِدا ً ألمين عام المجلس القضائي إلمارة دبي، ويُمنح درجة مُدير تنفيذي وفقا ً ألحكام القانون رقم ( 8 ) لسنة 2021 المُشار إليه والقرارات الصّادرة بمُوجبه.

    2 الجريدة الرسمية لحكومة دبي السنة 60 العدد 769 5 مايو 2026 م 18 ذو القعدة 1447 هـ ب - باإلضافة إلى مهام عمله في األم انة العامّة للمجلس القضائي، يستمر القاضي المُشار إليه في الفقرة ً (أ) من هذه المادة في مُباشرة بعض األعمال القضائيّة في مركز فض المُنازعات اإليجاريّة، وفقا للضّوابط التالية: 1 . أن تقتصر األعمال القضائيّة المُكلّف بها على الفصل في المُنازعات اإليجاريّة فقط. 2 . أال تتعارض األعمال القضائيّة المُكلّف بها مع مهامِّه كأمين عام مُساعِد للمجلس القضائي. 3 . أال يتم تكليفُه بالفصل في أي مُنازعات إيجاريّة تكون أي من مُكوِّنات السُّلطة القضائيّة طرفا ً فيها. 4 . أي ضوابط أخرى يُحدِّدها رئيس المجلس القضائي في هذا الشأن. السّريان والنّشر

    المادة ( 2 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم من تاريخ صُدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسميّة . محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 15 أبريل 2026 م >> الموافــــــــــــــــــق 27 شوال 1447 هـ
