    المادة ( 1 ) يُنقل من الجهات المُبيّنة في الجدول أدناه إلى المركز، التالية أسماؤهم: االسم الجهة المنقول منها الدكتور/ حامد عبدهللا مراد يوسف شرطة دبي السيّد/ عيسى عبدالعزيز محمد طاهر بلديّة دبي ً ويُعين كُل ٌّ منهُما قاضيا ً في المركز، ويُمنح كُل ٌّ منهما نهاية مربوط الدرجة السادسة لقاضي ابتدائي، وفقا للقرار رقم ( 13 ) لسنة 2024 المُشار إليه، وجدول رواتب ومُخصّصات أعضاء السُّلطة القضائيّة المُواطنين المُلحق به.

    المادة ( 2 ) يُنقل من الجهات المُبيّنة في الجدول أدناه إلى المركز، التالية أسماؤهم: االسم الجهة المنقول منها الدكتور/ سعود عبدالقادر محمد يوسف الشاعر شرطة دبي الدكتور/ عبيد محمد أحمد سالم شرطة دبي السيّد/ محمد عمر جمعة الفجير المهيري شرطة دبي الدكتور/ راشد جمعة محمد الجابري اإلدارة العامة لإلقامة وشُؤون األجانب في دبي السيّدة/ فاطمة سعود عبدالعزيز سعيد السويدي - ً ويُعين كُل ٌّ منهم قاضيا ً في المركز، ويُمنح كُل ٌّ منهم بداية مربوط الدرجة السابعة لقاضي ابتدائي، وفقا للقرار رقم ( 13 ) لسنة 2024 المُشار إليه، وجدول رواتب ومُخصّصات أعضاء السُّلطة القضائيّة المُواطنين المُلحق به. تحديد األقدميّة

    المادة ( 3 ) تُح دَّد أقدميّة القُضاة المُعيّنون بمُوجب هذا المرسوم، وفقا ً للترتيب التالي: 1 . الدكتور/ حامد عبدهللا مراد يوسف. 2 . السيّد/ عيسى عبدالعزيز محمد طاهر. 3 . الدكتور/ سعود عبدالقادر محمد يوسف الشاعر. 4 . الدكتور/ عبيد محمد أحمد سالم. 5 . السيّد/ محمد عمر جمعة الفجير المهيري. 6 . الدكتور/ راشد جمعة محمد الجابري. 7 . السيّدة/ فاطمة سعود عبدالعزيز سعيد السويدي. العمل في المركز

    Article 4

    المادة ( 4 ) يتولى رئيس المركز بمُوجب قرار يصدُر عنه في هذا الشأن، توزيع القُضاة المشمولين بأحكام هذا المرسوم على الدوائر والوحدات التنظيميّة التي يتألف منها القطاع القضائي بالمركز.
