المادة ( 1 ) يُعيّن السيّد/ محمد سليمان فهيم خطاب ، قاضي استئناف، ويُمنح بداية مربوط الدرجة ا لرابعة ل قاضي استئناف، وفقا ً للقرار رقم ( 21 ) لسنة 2022 المُشار إليه، وجدول رواتب ومُخصّصات أع ضاء السُّلطة القضائيّة غير المُواطنين المُلحق به. السّريان والنّشر

المادة ( 2 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا ً من تاريخ 16 ديسمبر 2024 ، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسميّة . محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 30 يناير 2025 م الموافــــــــــــــــــق 30 رجب 1446 هـ
