    المادة ( 1 ) ينقل السيد/ عبدهللا إبراهيم محمد نواب عمري، من محاكم دبي، ويعين قاضيا ً في المركز، ويمنح نهاية مربوط الدرجة السادسة لقاضي ابتدائي، وفقا ً للقرار رقم ( 13 ) لسنة 2024 المشار إليه، وجدول رواتب ومخصصات أعضاء السلطة القضائية المواطنين الملحق به.

    المادة ( 4 ) يتولى رئيس المركز بموجب قرار يصدر عنه في هذا الشأن، توزيع القضاة المشمولين بأحكام هذا المرسوم على الدوائر والوحدات التنظيمية التي يتألف منها القطاع القضائي بالمركز. السريان والنشر
