    Article 1

    Article (1) The ownership of Land Plot No. 3262949, located in Al Jaddaf area, on which Al Jalila Children's Speciality Hospital is constructed is hereby transferred from the Dubai Healthcare City Authority (the “DHCA”) to the DAHI. This land plot will be registered in the name of the DAHI as a grant from the Government of Dubai. Rights and Obligations

    Article (2) All rights and obligations of the DHCA in respect of the land plot referred to in Article (1) hereof and in any constructions thereon are hereby transferred to the DAHI. ©2025 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article 3

    Article (3) The above-mentioned Decree No. (30) of 2016 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation is also hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree. Commencement and Publication

    Article (4) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 22 October 2024 Corresponding to 19 Rabi al-Thani 1446 A.H.
