Article (1) The following name and title, wherever mentioned in the legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai, are hereby replaced by the name and title set out opposite each of them: Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for Procurement and Finance: The Private Office of His Highness the Ruler of Dubai. Executive Chairman: Director General. Commencement and Publication

Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
