    المادة ( 1 ) يُنقل المُحامي العام، الدكتور/ حسين علي محمد الناعور النقبي، إلى محاكم دبي، ويُعيّن على الدرجة الثانية لقاضي تمييز، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول درجات ورواتب ومخصصات القضاة المواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهما. نقل رؤساء نيابة أول

    المادة ( 2 ) يُنقل رئيسا النيابة األول التالية أسماؤهما إلى محاكم دبي: 1 . الدكتور/ محمد سالم أحمد سيف الكيومي. 2 . السيّد/ خالد أحمد عبدهللا حمد العامري. ويُعيّن كُل ٌّ منهما على الدرجة الثالثة لقاضي استئناف أول، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول درجات ورواتب ومخصصات القضاة المواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهما.

    المادة ( 3 ) يُنقل رئيسا النيابة التالية أسماؤهما إلى محاكم دبي: 1 . السيّد/ سعيد علي نقيب عبدهللا. 2 . السيّد/ فهد سيف إبراهيم بن طوق. ويُعيّن كُل ٌّ منهما على الدرجة الرابعة لقاضي استئناف، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول درجات ورواتب ومخصصات القضاة المواطني ن المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهما. الحُقوق المُكتسبة

    المادة ( 4 ) يُراعى عند تسكين أعضاء النيابة العامة على الدرجات القضائية المنقولين إليها بموجب هذا المرسوم، عدم المساس بحقوقهم المكتسبة، بما في ذلك الراتب اإلجمالي أو األقدميّة في الدرجة القضائيّة التي كانوا يشغلونها قبل النقل. السّريان والنّشر
